A dish originating from Decca. In Persian “Dopiaza” literally translates to having double onions.

Roasted Otto spices, caramelised onion, tender pulses, local potatoes and seasonal chunky vegetables warmed with ginger.

• Otto Frickles - karisik pickles fried in our 3 day fermented chickpea and herb batter and spring onions
• Otto Lemon Rice - pilaf of basmati rice, salted lemon, herbs and double roasted onion.
• 3 Onion, chilli and sesame kulcha - flaky, slightly spiced roasted onion, chilli and coriander bread.
• Sauces and sprinkles - Tahini, Chilli sauce, Seeds.
